Tara Macpherson

Senior Researcher

Tara Macpherson is a Researcher at Reform, having joined in October 2011. She is engaged primarily in researching public service reform, focused on improving effectiveness, accountability and value for money in the public sector.

Prior to joining Reform, Tara spent over four years in corporate responsibility and internal audit within a FTSE 10 company and worked as a Parliamentary Adviser to a group of MP’s covering Justice and Home Affairs issues. She has a Masters with distinction in Criminology and Criminal Justice from King’s College London and an honours degree in History and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
